All HyTest SARS-CoV-2 nucleoprotein (NP) antibodies including MAbs C706, C715, C518 and C524 bind to the N-terminal part of the nucleoprotein, N47-A173.

In June 2022 HyTest compared SARS-CoV-2 Omicron BA.4 NP with wt NP and found no differences in recognition.
BA.4 contained the following mutations and deletions in NP: P13L, del31/33, P151S, R203K, G204R, S413R.

Both BA.2.86 (Pirola) and EG.5 (Eris) new variants contain even shorter list of mutations in NP: P13L, del31/33, R203K, G204R, S413R.

So, HyTest antibodies should recognize Pirola and Eris variants.
