Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with purified F1 antigen from Y. pestis vaccine strain EB.
Specificity:
Y. pestis
MAb YPF19 reacts with capsule-bearing strains of Y. pestis only.
MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAb YPF19
Applications:
Detection of Y. pestis in ELISA and Western blotting. MAb works in immunohistochemistry.
