Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human thyroid peroxidase.

IgG1 for MAbs 6H7, TPO28, TPO34, TPO35
Applications:
MAb 6H7 is recommended for affinity purification of human thyroid peroxidase.
Detection of human TPO (both native and recombinant). MAbs 6H7, TPO28, TPO34, and TPO35 are working in direct ELISA and sandwich immunoassays. Recommended pairs for sandwich
immunoassays (capture-detection):
TPO28 – TPO35
TPO34 – TPO35
MAbs TPO28 and TPO34 can be applied for Western blotting detection of human TPO (both native
and recombinant).
