Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with DNA polymerase from Thermus thermophilus.

Specificity:
MAb 1-22 recognizes thermostable DNA polymerase, Thermus aquaticus DNA polymerase and recombinant DNA polymerase.

MAb isotypes:
IgG2a for MAb 1-22
