Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human recombinant SAA, conjugated with carrier protein.

IgG1 for MAbs SAA1, SAA6, SAA14 and SAA15
IgG2a for MAb SAA12
IgG2b for MAb SAA11

Applications:
SAA immunoassay and immunoprecipitation. All MAbs recognize recombinant and native SAA in ELISA and Western blotting.
