MAbs:
CP23, CP37, CP75, RA999, RB999

Specificity:
MAbs CP23, CP37, CP75 and RA999 recognize the A-chain of RCA₆₀. MAb RA999 cross-reacts also with RCA₁₂₀.
MAb RB999 recognizes the B-chain of RCA₆₀.
The matched pair RA999 (coating) and RB999 (conjugate) has a detection limit for RCA₆₀ of 100 pg/ml and shows no cross-reactivity for RCA₁₂₀.

IgG1 for MAbs CP75, RA999, RB999
IgG2a for MAb CP37
IgM for MAb CP23

Applications:
MAbs are working in ELISA. All MAbs (except CP23) are working also in Western blotting.
