Description:
Consists of a single polypeptide chain corresponding to mature secreted protein (120 a.a.r.) without tags
Application:
Calibrator or standard in immunoassays, immunogen for antibody production

Recombinant protein has the same sequence as native protein with only difference – additional Met residue at the N-terminus of the molecule
Immunological activity:
Immunoreactivity is checked using monoclonal antibodies specific to cystatin C

Lyophilized from a 0.2 µm filtered solution in 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.6, 150 mM NaCl
