Monoclonal mouse anti-human parathyroid hormone (PTH)

Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with whole molecule of human PTH (MAbs PTHE5, PTHG7) or N-terminal part of human PTH (MAbs IB7, IE6).
Specificity:
MAbs IB7 and IE6 recognize epitopes located at the N-terminal 1-34 amino acid residues of human PTH.
MAbs PTHE5 and PTHG7 recognize epitope located at the mid-molecule 44-68 amino acid residues of human PTH.
All MAbs react with the whole PTH molecule.

IgG1 for MAb IB7
IgG2a for MAbs IE6, PTHE5
IgG2b for MAb PTHG7

Detection of human PTH in ELISA.
