Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human proteinase 3 (PR3) purified leukocyte mass.
MAb isotypes:
IgG2a for MAbs 1B10 and 2E1
IgG2b for MAbs 2F1 and 1F10
Applications:
Antibodies are working in ELISA and in Western blotting.
