Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with canine parvovirus.

Applications:
MAbs are working in ELISA, immunodiffusion, haemagglutinin inhibition and lateral flow.
