Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified ovine IgM.
Specificity:
Ovine IgM
MAb G9 reacts with epitope on the heavy chain of ovine IgM.
MAb G9 does not cross-react with human, porcine, horse, rabbit, guinea pig, rat and chicken IgM.
MAb G9 cross-reacts with bovine IgM.
MAb G9 does not cross-react with ovine IgG and IgA.

IgG1 for MAb G9
Applications:
Detection of IgM in ovine and bovine serums.
Preparation of enzyme conjugates for detection of "early" specific antibodies to infectious agents.
