Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with peptide 117-130 (NANYSHLPPPGSPG) conjugated with hsp70.
Specificity:
Human cells bearing MISR (IFA), extracellular domain. MAbs cross-react with rat MISR.
MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs MIG7, MIB10
IgG2a for MAb MIE4
IgG2b for MAb MIE10
Applications:
Indirect ELISA, Western blotting, IFA
