Description:
Ready to use liquid form of premixed ingredients for "hot-start" mode PCR amplification.
Ingredients:
SmarTaq polymerase, each of 4 dNTPs, 10x reaction buffer with MgCl2, inert dye and stabilizer.
Final concentrations (when diluted to 50 µl reaction volume): 16.6 mM (NH4)2SO4, 67 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.8 at 25 °C), 0.01 % Tween 20, 0.2 mM of each dNTP, 2 mM MgCl2, 2.5 U SmarTaq.
Applications:
PCR
Add to 5 µl of MasTaq MIX primers and template and bring the total volume to 50 µl by special PCR base solution (supplied with the product).
After PCR it is possible to use aliquot of reaction mixture for direct electrophoresis without any other manipulation.
Quality control:
Activity, SDS-PAGE purity, absence of endonucleases/nickases and exonucleases.
Storage:
-20 °C
The mixture is stable even after 150 cycles of freezing and thawing.
