Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with influenza virus A/FPV (H7N1).
Specificity:
MAbs react with hemaglutinin H7 in hemagluttinin inhibition (HI) test.
MAbs 6B5 and 10H9 have low cross-reactivity to H1
MAb 9F2 has low-cross-reactivity to H1 and H10
MAb 1H11 has also low-cross-reactivity to H1 and H13
MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs 9F2, 10H9
IgG2a for MAbs 1H11, 9A9, 10C6
IgG2b for MAb 6B5

Chromatography on protein G Sepharose

PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
