Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified avian influenza virus type A (H5N1),

Specificity:
MAbs react with hemaglutinin H5 in hemagluttinin inhibition (HI) test

MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs 6C8, 2D1
IgG2a for MAbs 8D2, 119A, 15A6, 18D5, 19C11, 7E6, 1C7, 6B4, 9B3, 7D5, 1B4

Applications:
MAbs 8D2, 11A9, 15A6, 18D5, 19C11 can be used in haemagglutinin inhibition (HI) test, ELISA and dot blot.
MAbs 6C8, 7E6, 1C7, 6B4, 9B3 can be used in haemagglutinin inhibition (HI) test and ELISA.
MAbs 2D1, 7D5, 1B4 can be used in ELISA. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating – conjugate): 1B4 – 1C7, 1B4 – 15A6, 1B4 – 19C11
