Hybridoma clone C102 has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified influenza virus type A strain H1N1.
Specificity:
Influenza virus type A, haemagglutinin H1.

Applications:
Detection and serotyping of influenza virus type A.
MAbs can be used for immunocytochemistry, haemagglutinin inhibition, ELISA and immunofluoresence.
