Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with immune complex formed by Fab-fragment of BNP-specific MAb 24C5 (Cat.# 4BNP2) and synthetic human BNP.

Human BNP and proBNP in immune complex with MAb 24C5

IgG2a for MAbs Ab-BNP2
Applications:
BNP and proBNP sandwich immunoassays (detection), only as a pair to MAb 24C5.
