Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with IgG4 from human serum.
Specificity:
Subclass-specific for human IgG4.
No allotype restriction. Fc-region specific.
Specific antibody titer is 1/100 000 by indirect ELISA.
MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAb 5C7
Applications:
Detection of total IgG4 level in ELISA. MAb 5C7 can be used for coating and as conjugate.
