Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with IgG from human serum.
Specificity:
Subclass-specific for human IgG1. No allotype restriction. Fc - region specific.
Specific antibody titer is 1/300 000 by indirect ELISA
MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAb 2C11
Applications:
Detection of IgG1 antibodies in ELISA. MAb 2C11 can be used for coating and as conjugate.
MAb 2C11 works in immunohistochemistry on cytostat sections.
