Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with human IgA2 from myeloma patient serum.
Specificity:
Subclass specific to human IgA2, Fc-region specific.
The percentage of cross-reactivity was established in indirect ELISA using purified human IgG, IgA1, IgA2 and IgM as coating antigens at 5 µg/ml and is following: IgG (7.9 %), IgA1 (49 %), IgA2 (100 %) and IgM (3.0 %).

Applications:
Detection of IgA2 and antibodies of IgA2 subclass in ELISA.
