Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with IgA from human colostrum.
Specificity:
Alfa-1-subclass specific. Relatively high affinity. No allotype restriction.

IgG1 for MAb 3C10
IgM for MAb 2B5
Applications:
Detection of IgA1 and antibodies of IgA1 subclass in ELISA.
