Applications:
Calibrator or standard in immunoassays, immunogen for antibody production

Analysis:
Purity > 95% (Tricine-SDS-PAGE in reducing conditions).
ProBNP concentration is determined spectrophotometrically

Purification:
Immunoaffinity purification followed by ion-exchange

Presentation:
Lyophilized from 300 mM NaCl, 50 mM sodium acetate, pH 4.2.

Storage:
At – 70 °C
After reconstitution store at – 70 °C.

Other information:
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. It is recommended to aliquot the product after the first thawing.

To avoid loss of immunological activity it is recommended to reconstitute lyophilized protein in 50 mM sodium acetate, pH 4.2 to obtain the same proBNP concentration that was before lyophilization. After reconstitution store at – 70 °C.
