Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified human atherosclerotic tissue form of PAPP-A.

Specificity:
Human recombinant PAPP-A and human endogenous PAPP-A from atherosclerotic tissue (dimeric form of PAPP-A). No cross-reactivity with human heterotetrameric complex of PAPP-A (PAPP-A/proMBP).

MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for all MAbs

Applications:
dPAPP-A immunoassays and immunoprecipitation.
Recommended pairs for specific detection of dPAPP-A antigen (capture - detection):
PAPP52 (Cat.# 4P41) - PAPP30,
PAPP2 - 7A6 (Cat.# 4P41)

Selective dPAPP-A immunodetection in Western blotting. MAbs PAPP2, PAPP7 and PAPP8 recognize dPAPP-A in non-reducing conditions. No cross-reaction with human heterotetrameric complex of PAPP-A (PAPP-A/proMBP) was shown for these MAbs in WB.
