Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant human HSP60.

Specificity:
Human and other mammalian HSP60.

MAb isotypes:
IgG2a for MAbs 1G1, 2G4 and 2F11
IgG2b for MAb 1H8

Applications:
Immunohistochemistry, HSP60 immunoassay.
All MAbs are working in ELISA.
All MAbs are working in Western blotting with HSP60 from various species.

Purification:
Chromatography on protein A Sepharose

Presentation:
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
