Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human recombinant HSP22.
Specificity:
MAb 2H5 specifically recognizes HSP22. MAb is not cross-reacting with other small heat shock proteins.
MAb isotypes:
IgG2a for MAb 2H5
Applications:
Detection of HSP22 in ELISA and in Western Blotting.
