Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant HBsAg of ayw subtype.
Specificity:
HBsAg
MAbs are reacting with the following HBsAg subtypes: ayw1, ayw2, ayw3, ayw4, ayr, adw2, adw4, adrq+, adrq-, ayw3 (Fer).
MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs HB11, HB13, HB12, HB6, HB5, Hs41
IgG2a for MAb Hs33
Applications:
Detection of HBsAg in two-site enzyme immunoassay.
Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay:
HB12 - HB11, HB5 - HB6, HB13 - HB6, HB12 - HB6, Hs33 - Hs41
Best pair: Hs33 - Hs41, sensitivity 50 pg/ml
Purification:
Chromatography on protein G Sepharose.
