Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp 2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant HBeAg.

IgG2b for MAbs AC5, HBe3, HBe5, HBe8
Applications:
Detection of HBeAg.
