Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant HBcAg.

Specificity:
HBcAg
MAbs H3A4 and H6F5 are directed to different antigenic determinants.

MAb isotypes:
IgG2a for MAbs H3A4 and H6F5

Applications:
Detection of HBcAg in ELISA and Western blotting.

Chromatography on protein G Sepharose
