Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with lysate of virus-infected cells (MAb PG10), synthetic peptide conjugated with hsp70 (MAb G2D11) or inactivated virus particles MAbs Dob-A4, Dob-F1, HANT-E9, HANT-B5, Puu-H6, Puu-D21).
Specificity:
MAb PG10: Puumala strain, no cross-reactivity with Dobrava, Hanta and Seoul strains.
MAb G2D11: Puumala strain, protein G2.
MAbs Dob-A4, Dob-F1, Puu-H6, Puu-D21: Dobrava, Puumala, Hanta and Seoul strains
MAbs HANT-E9, HANT-B5: Hanta strain
