Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant fragments of CA-gene of H. pylori .

Specificity:
MAb HP-1811 recognizes epitope localized between Asp562 and Gln795 in the GenBank FJ428215 amino acid sequence.
MAb HP-387 recognizes epitope localized between Asn877 and Tyr1114 in the GenBank FJ428215 amino acid sequence.
