1. Detection MAb 6C5 conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP)
2. Protein standard human GAPDH
Sample preparation:
HRP-conjugated MAb 6C5 is ready to use in Western blotting.
Recommended working dilution is 1:500 for DAB staining and 1:5000 for ECL.

1 x 1 mg vial, in 50% PBS, pH 7.4, 50% glycerol
Antigen Standard is ready to use after reconstitution in distilled water.
The vial contains 5 µg of human GAPDH. Add 50 µl of water per vial and dissolve the pellet with gentle stirring. After dissolving centrifuge the vial briefly to collect all the liquid to the bottom of the vial.
1 x 5 µg vial, lyophilized from protein solution in 62.5 mM Tris-HCl, pH 6.8, 2% SDS, 10% sucrose, 1% 2-mercaptoethanol, 0.1% bromophenol blue
