Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of 653A myeloma cells (derivate of X63Ag8.653) with spleen cells of SJL/J mice immunized with secretory component purified from human colostrum.

Specificity: 
Specific for a conformational epitope of secretory component expressed on free secretory component but masked on alpha chain-associated ones.

IgG for MAb 6B3

Applications:
MAb 6B3 is working in EIA. Recommended pair for sandwich ELISA (coating – conjugate):
6B3 – 5D8 (Cat.# 4SC3)

Chromatography on protein G Sepharose
