Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with fibrin degradation products.

Specificity:
Human fibrinogen and fibrin degradation products.

MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAb 40F11
IgG2a for MAbs 27C8
IgG2b for MAb 1F3

Applications:
Fibrinogen immunoassay. MAbs are working in ELISA and Western blotting.

1F3 - 27C8
40F11 - 1F3

Purification:
Chromatography on protein A Sepharose

PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
