Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human heart FABP.

Specificity:
Human heart FABP

MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs 5B5, 9F3, 10E1
IgG2b for MAbs 6B6

Applications:
Human heart fatty acid binding protein immunoassay and immunoaffinity purification. All MAbs are working in ELISA (except MAb 6B6).
We recommend using following pairs of antibodies for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate):
10E1 - 9F3, 10E1 - 5B5, 9F3 - 10E1, 5B5 - 9F3.
MAb 6B6 is working in Western Blotting.
