Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified EBV.
Specificity:
MAb 4A8: p120 capsid protein
MAb 1H1: p120 and p160 capsid antigen.

IgG1 for MAb 1H1
IgG2b for MAb 4A8

Detection of EBV in immunofluorescence.
