Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with egg white avidin.

Specificity:
MAbs are specific to egg white avidin. No cross-reaction with human and animal serum proteins and streptavidin.
MAbs bind with high efficiency to different epitopes of avidin molecule. All MAbs react with avidin without interfering with its biotin-binding activity.

MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for all MAbs

Applications:
MAbs are working in ELISA, Western blotting and immunohistochemistry.
