Description:
M1kb DNA ladder contains 13 regularly spaced dsDNA bands of the following size (bp): 10000, 8000, 6000, 5000, 4000, 3000, 2500, 2000, 1500, 1000, 750, 500 and 250. Each lane contains regular quantity of dsDNA. That can be used for easy quantification of amplicon yield.
