Description:
M100 DNA ladder contains 10 regularly spaced dsDNA bands of the following size (bp): 1000, 900, 800, 700, 600, 500, 400, 300, 200 and 100. Each lane contains regular quantity of dsDNA. That can be used for easy quantification of amplicon yield.
