Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with synthetic peptide HD1 conjugated with hsp70 (MAbs D1F4, D1C9, D1H5), recombinant fuse protein HD2-hsp70 (MAbs D2C6, D2B3), recombinant fuse protein HD3-hsp70 (MAbs D3A6, D3D3), peptide GRCATRESLSG from human defensin 5 (MAb B1F7) or peptide STRAFTCHCRR from human defensin 6 (MAb B4B6).

Specificity:
MAbs D1F4, D1C9, D1H5, D2C6, D2B3, D3A6, D3D3 react with cyclic human defensins 1, 2 and 3 (NP1, NP2 and NP3, respectively).
MAbs D1F4, D1C9, D1H5, D2C6, D2B3, D3A6, D3D3 recognize also linear human defensins 1-3 that are parts of recombinant fuses.

MAb B4B6: Defensin 6, human, STRAFTCHCRR peptide

Applications:
MAbs D1F4, D1C9, D1H5, D2C6, D2B3, D3A6, D3D3 are working in indirect EIA and Western blotting. MAbs D1F4, D1C9 and D1H5 are working also in direct EIA. MAbs B1F7 and B4B6 are working in EIA and Western blotting.
