Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with corticoliberin, conjugated with bovine serum albumin.

Specificity:
Human corticoliberin.
MAb 4H9 reacts with human corticoliberin with Kd=1,3x10^-9 M (native) and 1,8x10^-10 M (denaturated).
MAb 5D5 reacts with human corticoliberin with Kd=3,6x10^-10 M (native) and 1,1x10^-10 M (denaturated).

MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs 5D5, 4H9

Applications:
Detection of corticoliberin.

Chromatography on protein G Sepharose
