Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with C. botulinum B toxoid.

Specificity:
C. botulinum B toxoid.
For cross-reactivity with A and E toxoids in indirect ELISA see the printable version.
There is no cross-reactivity with A and E toxoids in sandwich ELISA.

MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for all MAbs

Applications:
MAbs recognize C. botulinum B toxoid in sandwich ELISA. MAbs KBB27 and KBB36 are suitable for coating, and MAb KBB18 is suitable for conjugation.

Chromatography on protein G Sepharose
