Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified ß-subunit of cholera toxin.

Specificity:
ß-subunit of cholera toxin
All MAbs react with cholera toxin. MAb 3D11 reacts also with E. coli heat labile enterotoxin.

MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs 3D11, B8, G9
IgG2a for MAbs E6, E10

Applications:
Detection of cholera toxin in ELISA.
MAb E10 works also in Western blotting

Chromatography on protein A Sepharose

PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN₃)
