Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of X63.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with activated normal human blood lymphocytes.
Antigen distribution:
CD98 is found in low density on all normal peripheral blood lymphocytes. Expression of CD98 is greatly enhanced under activation of lymphocytes.
Specificity:
MAb LT98 reacts with surface cell antigen CD98 (MW 80 kDa).
Working dilution 1:500.

IgG1 for MAb LT98
Applications:
MAb can be used to enumerate activated cells.
