Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with IM9 cell line.
Antigen distribution:
CD95 is found on subsets of human peripheral blood T lymphocytes and on activated T and B lymphocytes.
Specificity:
MAb LT95 reacts with surface cell antigen CD95 (MW 45 kDa) otherwise known as Fas/Apo-1 antigen, which plays a role in the cell apoptosis.
Working dilution 1:1000.

IgG1 for MAb LT95
Applications:
MAb can be used to classify cases of lymphoma.
