Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of X63.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with normal human lymphocytes from lymph node.

Antigen distribution:
CD72 is present on all human B cells and no other cell types. MAb is found also on 9 % normal peripheral blood lymphocytes.

Specificity:
MAb 3F3 reacts with surface B cell antigen CD72 (MW 43 kDa).
Working dilution 1:5000.

MAb isotype:
IgG2b for MAb 3F3

Applications:
MAb can be used to enumerate human B cells and classify cases of lymphoma.

Presentation:
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
