Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of X63.653 myeloma with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with normal human blood lymphocytes.

Antigen distribution:
CD7 is present on 76 +/- 6 % normal peripheral lymphocytes and 60 % of thymocytes.

Specificity:
MAb LT7 reacts with CD7 antigen (MW 40 kDa).
Working dilution 1:1000.

MAb isotype:
IgG2a for MAb LT7

Applications:
Can be used to enumerate T and NK cells and classify cases of lymphoma. Subset in peripheral blood and tissue.

Presentation:
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)

Storage:
