Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with KG1a cell line.
Antigen distribution:
CD56 is found on subset of human peripheral blood large granular lymphocytes with natural killer activity. CD56 is present on 14 +/- 5 % normal peripheral blood lymphocytes.
Specificity:
MAb LT56 reacts with surface cell antigen CD56 (MW 175-220 kDa).
Working dilution 1:1000.

IgG2a for MAb LT56
Applications:
MAb can be used to enumerate NK cells.
