Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of X63.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with normal human blood lymphocytes.
Antigen distribution:
CD45 is found on all human leukocytes.
Specificity:
MAb LT45 reacts with CD45 antigen (MW 200 kDa).
Working dilution 1:1000.
MAb isotype:
IgG2a for MAb LT45
Applications:
MAb can be used for typing of lymphomas.
