Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with IM9 cell line.
Antigen distribution:
CD23 is found on mature human B cells. The CD23 molecule is the low affinity receptor for IgE.
Specificity:
MAb LT23 reacts with surface B cell antigen CD23 (MW 45 kDa).
Working dilution 1:3000.
MAb isotype:
IgG1 for MAb LT23
Applications:
MAb can be used to enumerate B cells and classify cases of lymphoma.
Presentation:
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
