Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with Daudi cell line.
Antigen distribution:
CD22 is found on all mature B cells. CD20 is present on 9 +/- 7 % normal human peripheral blood lymphocytes.
Specificity:
MAb LT22 reacts with surface B cell antigen CD22 (MW 130-140 kDa).
Working dilution 1:3000.
MAb isotype:
IgG2a for MAb LT22
Applications:
MAb can be used to enumerate B cells and classify cases of lymphoma.

PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
